Management Team

CRP Industries, a veteran-owned business, was founded in 1954 by Dr. Adam Schildge. The company was led for many years by his son, George, and is now in its third generation of family leadership with George’s son, Dan, serving as President and CEO.

Over the decades, CRP Industries has grown significantly, expanding its team, geographic reach, and product scope to become a leader in both the automotive and industrial sectors.

This progress is driven by a dedicated management team, whose expertise and leadership continue to uphold CRP’s legacy of innovation going back to 1954.
