CRP Industries is a veteran-owned business. Founded by Dr. Adam Schildge, the company was led by his son George for many years. Today, in the third generation of Schildge leadership, George’s son Dan holds the position of President and CEO.

Since its founding in 1954, the company has expanded not only its staff and geographic footprint — but also its scope, growing into a leader in both the automotive and industrial products sectors.

  • Dan Schlidge

    Daniel Schildge — President and CEO

    Dan took the helm as President and CEO of CRP Industries in 2008. As a Cornell graduate, Navy veteran, and entrepreneur, Dan has developed extensive expertise in leadership, strategic thinking, organizational design, and execution. Dan is responsible for CRP’s long-term sustainability — from the company’s growth and financial strength to its culture and security. He provides a compelling, long-term vision for CRP and ensures the company strategy is aligned around that vision. Dan consistently creates winning opportunities for all of CRP’s key stakeholders: employees, customers, suppliers, investors, and the community at large, as well as the environment. Above all, Dan is focused on CRP Industries continuing to be a thriving, enduring, and purposeful company.

  • Kevin Stock

    Kevin Stock — Chief Financial Officer

    Kevin joined CRP Industries as the CFO in 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and a CPA with prior experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, and corporate finance. Kevin is responsible for maximizing CRP’s return on investments as well as analyzing current and past financial performance to drive successful future performance and company sustainability — all while leading the effort to drive a continuous improvement culture at CRP. His duties also include oversight of the company’s systems infrastructure, covering both information technology and financial control tools. Together with the CEO and Executive Team, Kevin ensures that CRP has the right strategy to grow and fulfill its higher purpose.

  • Scott Shea

    Scott Shea — Chief Operating Officer

    Scott has been CRP’s Chief Operating Officer since 2015. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. Scott currently leads all company operations as well as CRP de Mexico, CRP’s Steering and Remanufacturing operations in the Carolinas, and the company’s new R&D lab for future remanufacturing opportunities. He is responsible for building a world-class supply chain for CRP with efficient warehousing, production, logistics, and inventory management. Scott is continuously optimizing our systems and processes in pursuit of the company’s higher purpose while creating lasting relationships with CRP’s customers.

  • Rachael Sabon

    Rachael Sobon — Human Resources Director

    Rachael assumed the position of Director of Human Resources for CRP Industries in 2006. She is a graduate of Kean University with extensive HR experience from privately held mid-size to large publicly traded companies. Rachael is responsible for creating an environment at CRP where people are in the right position, performing at their best, and are always in learning mode — thus equipping all team members to achieve personal as well as business goals. She is a role model for CRP’s purpose and values, and has been instrumental in the company being recognized for wellness, work-life balance, and culture.

  • Mike Palm

    Michael Palm – Sales and Marketing Vice President

    Mike joined the CRP team in 2005 and currently serves as the VP of Sales and Marketing. A Shippensburg University alumni, he is an experienced professional with over 35 years of expertise in both B2B and B2C markets. Mike is responsible for developing and maintaining a broad network of top distributors in North America, leading the company’s aftermarket product management efforts and ensuring that CRP is among the most well-known and respected innovative suppliers in the automotive aftermarket. He knows CRP’s customers intimately and understands their needs, making it easy for them to do business with the company. Together with the executive team, Mike ensures the company has mission clarity and keeps all team members accountable.

  • Abraham Garweg

    Abraham Garweg – Vice President of Innovation

    Abe joined CRP in 2002 as the VP of Product Development. He holds a Business Degree in Wholesale and Foreign Trade as accredited by the German Chamber of Commerce and brings more than 37 years of experience in the automotive industry. In his current role as VP of Innovation, Abe is responsible for intimately understanding the distributor and end-user customers, including the challenges and opportunities they face due to continually changing technologies. He leads CRP’s ideation effort to find product solutions and develop innovative concepts for differentiated new products, ensuring the company’s success well into the future. Abe was also instrumental in the creation of CRP’s Innovation Council, an ongoing invitation-only roundtable of experienced technicians and shop owners.
