    CRP Industries has named Eric Waxman, Director, Human Resources.

    – Waxman joins CRP with over two decades experience in HR

    Cranbury, NJ… CRP Industries Inc., a leader in automotive parts and industrial products, has named Eric Waxman as the company’s Director, Human Resources. In his role, Waxman will be responsible for all human resource functions across CRP Industries’ U.S. entities, including the company headquarters in Cranbury, NJ, as well as facilities in Conway, SC and Ann Arbor, MI. Waxman joins CRP Industries with over two decades of experience as an HR professional.

    Daniel Schildge, CRP Industries Chief Executive Officer, announced Waxman’s hiring, and noted, “We are fortunate to add someone of Eric Waxman’s capabilities and experience to the CRP team. Eric’s knowledge of the intricacies of operating a large, nationwide organization is a valuable asset and we look forward to the continued growth and development of CRP’s organization and people thanks to his efforts.”

    In his new role, Waxman is tasked with ensuring all of CRP Industries’ Human Resources-related strategic and tactical needs are fully met, ensuring that staff have the required tools and support needed for their roles, and identifying and growing learning and development opportunities across the entire CRP organization. Waxman spoke on his appointment, adding, “CRP Industries is in a great position to grow in significant ways over the coming years. I am thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to help support and enable that growth.”

    Prior to joining CRP, Waxman served as Senior Director, HR for Educational Testing Service, the world’s largest education measurement and assessment organization. In the role, Waxman led a team of HR Business Partners, served as HR partner to the executive team, and provided HR support to approximately 1,300 employees. He also led key strategic initiatives, including Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition. Waxman held a number of additional positions prior to being named Senior Director, HR, including HR Strategic Advisor and Director, HR Business Partners.
    Waxman holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Lehigh University. He also has a Certification in Organization and Systems Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
